Minimum PC Specs to Run Android Apps on Windows 11 Revealed

The minimum PC specs for running Android apps on Windows 11 are higher than the requirements for Windows. A computer with at least 8GB of RAM and an SSD is required, although 16GB is preferred. In addition, the operating system must enable the Virtual Machine Platform, which can be found in the Control Panel. You can enable this feature to run any Android application on your PC. However, if you’re running an older PC or an embedded device, these minimum PC specs won’t work.

To enable the Windows Subsystem for Android, your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and a processor officially supported by Microsoft. In addition, your PC must enable the Platform feature for the virtual machine in the Windows Optional Features, which you can find under the Settings app.
