Bungie has released the latest Destiny 2 Hotfix 4.0.0.6 update that according to its patch notes fixes a couple of major game issues including Xur inventory issue. The hotfix 4.0.0.6 for Destiny 2 addresses three major issues and one known problem moving forward. First, the advertised Xur inventory stats can sometimes be different from what players actually receive. Bungie is looking into this issue and is working to fix it.
Second, the Xur inventory could be inaccurate when players are in a Flawless pool, resulting in them not receiving the extra rewards that they were expecting.
The hotfix also fixes the Xur inventory issue. The issue was caused by a bug in the game that was affecting all players. Specifically, players were unable to equip Exotic armor because of the problem.
The hotfix also fixed an issue that affected players wearing Exotic armor with higher stat rolls. This bug also caused the Xur inventory screen to show incorrect values instead of the actual items received.
