Sony has set the date for its next State of Play presentation for June 2. The video game console’s next state of the art presentation is scheduled for 3 PM PT, 5 PM CT, and 6 PM ET on June 2. It will feature upcoming PSVR2 titles, third-party games, and other announcements, but there are a few things you should know about the show before you tune in.
The PlayStation brand has been around for a long time, and has been a household name for gamers. It has defined video game generations for over two decades.
Sony’s next State of Play will feature exclusive titles and third-party games, but will not feature any God of Struggle Ragnarok gameplay.
The showcase is planned to be just half an hour long, but it will focus on upcoming PSVR games, as well as Sony’s partnerships with third-party developers. In addition, PlayStation’s CEO Jeff Grubb stated that the event would be more about the PSVR 2 than its first-party titles.
PlayStation fans have been awaiting the next State of Play for a while. The last one took place in March, and featured games like God of War Ragnarok, Exoprimal, and Gundam Evolution.
However, Sony and Square Enix were not the only ones to highlight new games. During that showcase, Square Enix hinted that it would announce Final Fantasy XVI news in June 2022.
