Sony has announced the Backbone One – PlayStation Edition controller for iPhone, and it is not the new PlayStation Vita. Rather, it is a PlayStation-approved controller that you can use on your iPhone. You can get the Backbone One for your iPhone right now, but there are no details on its Android version yet.

But before you buy your Backbone One, you should know that it only works in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

The PlayStation Edition of the Backbone One features PlayStation integrations, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and pass-through charging. Buttons on the side are also translucent.
