Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak: All New Monsters

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is the new expansion coming to the PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch on June 30. The game is set in a brand new region called Elgado Outpost, and includes new monsters and gear. In this post, we will talk about all the new monsters that you will encounter in the upcoming Sunbreak expansion.

The recent Monster Hunter Digital Event was all about the upcoming expansion, Monster Hunter Rise – Sunbreak. This massive expansion is set to release on 30 June, so be sure to check it out while it’s still in closed beta. This article looks at the new monsters coming to the expansion including Gore Magala, Espinas, Daimyo Hermitaur, Pyre Rakna-Kadaki, and The Three Lords.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak: All New Monsters

Below are all the new monsters coming to the Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak expansion.

Gore Magala

The new expansion for Monster Hunter: Sunbreak brings with it the return of Gore Magala. This new monster resembles the Xenomorph in appearance but lacks visual receptors. Instead, Gore Magala’s scales heighten its senses. As a result, it uses these scales to detect its opponents.

Gore Magala

While most of the new content for the action-RPG game isn’t available in the demo, the inclusion of Gore Magala in the pre-launch showcase is quite impressive. This new monster is the first of the new additions to the game.

It was previously limited to the Jungle region of Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate. It also makes its Western debut in Monster Hunter Rise. In addition to this, Gore Magala will evolve into Pyre Rakna-Kadaki, another bug-like monster.

Espinas

As one of the most prominent beasts in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak, Espinas returns in this expansion DLC. The flier-like monster is known for its red spikes on its tough green body. While most of these monsters can be found relaxing in their domains, they can also wreak havoc with noteworthy brutality. While they’re easy to kill, they’re not without their tricks.

Espinas

The thorn dragon, Espinas, returns from the original Monster Hunter Frontier game. Like the Rathian, Espinas is prone to lull its foes into a false sense of security and attack them with sharp spikes. The monster can be a threat to players at any time, since it has multiple attacks, including elemental attacks. Espinas is just one of the many new monsters coming to Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak.

Daimyo Hermitaur

The Daimyo Hermitaur makes his debut in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak All New Edition. This Carapaceon uses a Monoblos skull for its shell, and has huge meaty claws. It is also one of the three new subspecies of the Rakna-Kadaki. These monsters attack using the Blast element and cause Blastblight when they attack. You can fight with these monsters by using your weapons.

Daimyo Hermitaur

The game will also feature a new Jungle area and include the Daimyo Hermitaur and the Pyre Rakna-Kadaki. The game’s demo will be released on June 14, 2022.

Pyre Rakna-Kadaki

The game’s demo will feature a Jungle map where players will encounter a range of familiar monsters, including the carapaceon Daimyo Hermitaur and Espinas. New monsters like the Pyre Rakna-Kadaki are also confirmed for the game. This new subspecies possesses enhanced fire element abilities.

Pyre Rakna-Kadaki

This new monster is a subspecies of the Rakna-Kadaki, a type of Temnoceran. Its body is light gray, with glowing orange hooks on its back and black webbing on its horns. Unlike other Rakna-Kadaki, this monster uses Blastblight to attack. The Pyre Rakna-Kadaki can be found in the Lava Caverns of Kamura and Citadel of Elgado.

The Three Lords

The Three Lords in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak is one of the most powerful creatures in the game. Inspired by classic horror movies, they can take your Hunter down in one blow and leave him in a heap of mangled bones.

The Three Lords

While the new monsters all pose a challenge in their own right, the game’s Master Rank quests offer more varied challenges, especially if you take the time to research them. They also take you to new locations, including the Citadel, which features snowy peaks and lush forests.

The Garangolm, one of the new monsters in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak, looks like a giant ape with stone armor. Garangolm’s huge body is difficult to take down from a direct attack, and it is believed to use a variety of water and fire elemental attacks. The Garangolm can be found in the Citadel woods.
