Update: Sony has now officially confirmed that PlayStation Plus games for August include Yakuza: Like A Dragon, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, Little Nightmares.

Sony has not announced the full PS+ lineup for August yet, but there are rumors that three PS4 games may be added to the August line-up. According to the Dealabs, the game coming to the PS+ in August includes Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 (PS4/5), Yakuza: Like A Dragon (PS4/5), and Little Nightmares (PS4). The games will be downloadable from August 2 to September 6, 2022, at 11 a.m. French time.

Of those, two of them will be playable on both platforms via PS5 backward compatibility, and one will only be playable on the PlayStation 4.

Despite the rumors, Sony has yet to officially confirm these games. A new batch of Essential games is expected to be announced on July 27th. The leaks for PlayStation Plus games for August are based on European releases, but we should expect to see these games on our shelves in July.
