In the dark and treacherous world of Lords of the Fallen, your actions in Mounrstead will shape the game’s outcome. There are three different conclusions to the game, each determined by your choices, interactions, and quest completions. This guide will focus on unlocking the Radiance ending, a challenging and rewarding conclusion to your journey. Beware, as this guide contains spoilers!
Objectives for the Radiance Ending
To unlock the Radiance ending, you must complete the following objectives:
1. Cleansing the Beacons
Your primary objective is to cleanse all of the beacons, and these can be found in specific locations throughout the game world. These locations include:
- Forsaken Fen
- Upper Calrath
- Fief of the Chill Curse
- Tower of Penance
- The Empyrean
Each beacon is guarded by the formidable Colossal Sentinels. Defeat them to cleanse the beacons. A critical note: Cleansing the first beacon at Forsaken Fen will automatically prevent you from unlocking the Inferno and Umbral endings.
2. Defeat The Iron Wayfarer
Proceed towards the gates of Bramis Castle, where you will face a challenging boss battle against The Iron Wayfarer. Defeat this formidable foe to gain access to the castle’s interior.
3. Optional: Defeat Damarose the Marked
If, by chance, Damarose the Marked is still alive, you’ll encounter her as a boss in the castle’s gatehouse. To continue your journey towards the castle’s throne room and ultimately unlock the Radiance ending, you’ll need to defeat her.
4. Explore Bramis Castle
After overcoming The Iron Wayfarer and Damarose (if she’s present), continue to explore Bramis Castle. Traverse its treacherous corridors and chambers until you reach the castle’s ominous end.
5. Defeat The Sundered Monarch
Prepare for a challenging battle as you face off against The Sundered Monarch, a formidable foe guarding the path to the Radiance ending. Defeat this adversary to progress further.
6. Enter the Rhogar Realm
After defeating The Sundered Monarch, approach and speak to the Effigy of Adyr. This will grant you access to the mysterious Rhogar realm, a critical step towards unlocking the Radiance ending.
7. Defeat Adyr the Bereft Exile
Within the Rhogar realm, your final challenge awaits. You must confront and defeat Adyr the Bereft Exile boss to trigger the Radiance ending. This is no easy feat, and it will test your skills to the limit.
By successfully completing these objectives, you will unlock the Radiance ending, revealing the culmination of your journey in Lords of the Fallen. Prepare for a challenging and fulfilling conclusion to your epic adventure in this dark and unforgiving world. Good luck, and may your determination and skill guide you to victory!
