Top Five Android Apps to Improve Your Workout

If you’re like most people, you probably need all the help you can get when it comes to your workouts. Since you’re probably not an expert on exercise and fitness, you likely have a lot of room for improving your workouts. Here are a few apps for you Android users out there that will help you elevate your workout.

Fitness Builder Plus
Not only is this app available on the Android, but it is also available on the iOS as well. This app will cost you $6.99 per month, but the app will be free for the month, so you won’t have to pay money for something you potentially might not like or find useful. On this app, you can choose from a selection of live-streamed personal trainers who will guide you through any of the workouts available. Currently, there are over 750 workouts, and the number is constantly growing.

Couch-to-5K

Fortunately, you won’t have to because the Couch-to-5K has a plan that will have newbies ready for three-mile runs within about two months. There are five motivating coaches you can pick from. These coaches will offer you audio guides as you do your workouts.

The Nike Training Club app is free and available for both Android and iOS users. This ap will help you keep track of your goals as well as your current fitness level. Based on this information, the app will recommend workouts that are best for you. Every single workout comes with a step-by-step audio guide as well as a video demo.

Jefit
If you’re willing to plan a little, the Jefit app will be perfect for you. With this app, you can create your own routine using any of the hundreds of moves that are stored on the app’s database. You can also get involved in an active social community by using the Jefit app.

Garmin’s Fit App
Obviously, you’re going to want to track your progress when it comes to your workouts. Download Garmin’s Fit App, as this app will help you track your training progress and it has a calendar that will total your hours of training per week.

As you can, your Android smartphone can become your own personal trainer. While many of these apps do cost money, they will prove invaluable to you once you get the results you desire from workout.
