7 Stunning Apps That Makes You A Superhero Student

Being a student these days is just as hard as before. You still have to complete a lot of writing assignments, learn how to balance college and fun, manage your time and finances. However, these days we have things able to help us and make our college lives a bit more bearable. Yes, I’m talking about the 7 Stunning Apps That Makes You A Superhero Student.

We have apps almost for everything starting from fitness and ending with time-management. Using them does help make your life easier; however, you have to choose the right apps to achieve this result. This could be the most challenging part of the process as there are so many apps available, but don’t worry. I’ll make this easier for you, helping to choose the most effective apps for your college life.

1. iStudiez Pro
Of course, the most important thing about college is learning how to manage your studies. This app can help you with that by managing your schedule, reminding of the upcoming tests and assignments, as well as letting you keep teacher contacts there. Basically, it’s a school planner and a to-do list at the same time.

The app isn’t free but a pro version for iOS costs only $2.99 so even the students will be able to afford it.

2. Evernote
Many students prefer to take notes in digital form these days. If you are one of them, I can suggest you try using Evernote. This app works on both mobile devices and PC. It allows you to take notes, to save information found online, to add recordings and photos, and so on. Everything you add to Evernote can be easily organized by various folders and you can always add tags if you want to.

The app itself is free but there are paid packages too if you want to have some extra storage space, for example.

3. Be Focused
Have you ever wondered how essay writers manage their time so effectively? Perhaps they also use Be Focused app to do so! And even if not, this app is still one of the best ones for students who have troubles concentrating on their studies.

It is very easy to use. First, you have to understand how much time will it take for you to complete a certain task. Second, you have to evaluate this time to find out whether you’ll be able to complete this task in one shot or you’ll have to divide the time needed into a few smaller intervals. Then you have to add the task to Be Focused app, not forgetting to mention a time interval, set a timer – and start working.

A bit of advice: if you’re going to set a time interval, try making it no longer than 45 minutes (the maximum time you can concentrate on a task effectively, according to various researchers). Also, make sure to set an appropriate rest time: the longer you’re going to work, the longer your rest intervals should be.

4. Groupon
Of course, not every student has financial struggles. However, even if you don’t have them it’s still important to learn how to spend your money effectively and how to save them. Groupon app is able to help you with that. It offers a huge collection of discounts almost for anything, starting with cafes and restaurants nearby and ending with fitness classes. Install it if you feel like you could save some extra cash.

5. Google Keep
Did you ever go shopping only to find out later that you forgot to buy something? Of maybe you often find yourself forgetting to complete a certain task? One of the best ways to prevent this happening is to take notes the second you realize you need something.

While standard mobile notes could be enough for that, they still are hard to organize. That’s why I suggest using Google Keep instead. You can keep both notes and to-do lists there, mark them by different colors, switch places, and so on. Moreover, this app is very simple to use. However, it has one flaw – it won’t work well with huge blocks of texts.

6. Nike+ Training Club
While it might not seem necessary at the moment, keeping yourself in a good shape is actually very important for every student. And it’s not only because of the looks – actually, fitness exercises make you more energized, help reduce stress, and increase concentration. They also are good for resting between your studies: as you probably know already, the best way to rest is to change the type of activity you’ve been indulged into.

This app is great for that. It offers a variety of fitness exercises that differ by time and complexity. You are able to compete with your friends if you want to, to share your progress on social media, and so on.

7. iTunes U
This app can be used for two different things: you can use it either for gaining some additional knowledge on certain subjects or for finding help with your home assignments. Basically, iTunes U gives you free access to many courses created by top colleges all over the world so if you feel like you would like to learn more about something, you should definitely check it out!

While these apps will definitely be useful for every student, they are not the only ones you can use. I recommend picking them as your basic set and then adding some more specific ones depending on the things that matter the most to you. For example, if organizing your studies is not a problem but managing your finances definitely is you can install financial planner and money tracker instead of a schedule app, and so on.
