You can enable the new grammar, spelling, and autocorrect tools in Gmail as mentioned below.

  1. In Gmail, click Settings.
  2. At the top, click General.
  3. Turn the following tools on or off:
    • Grammar
    • Spelling
    • Autocorrect

To know how the new grammar, spelling, and autocorrect tool works in Gmail you can check out the official Gmail below and see the new tool live in action.

According to Google’s official blog post, it uses artificial intelligence to make smarter spell-check suggestions while also detecting potential grammar issues. The new feature also auto-corrects some common spelling mistakes as-you-type autocorrection for improved accuracy.
