EpicGames has dropped a new and a huge patch update for the battle royale game Fortnite. The latest update adds the Fortnite patch v10.40 it brings new Rift Zone called Starry Suburbs. In this new zone, you can get powerful loots by shooting at the stars. The latest Fortnite v10.40 patch notes also bring Double XP Weekend where you can earn double XP playing the Fortnite matches. The Double XP Weekend will kick off Friday, September 27 at 9 AM ET and will run till Monday, September 30 at 9 AM ET.

Fortnite patch v10.40 update also adds a new LTM mode called The Combine. This new mode is to bring you a test zone where you can play competing with your friends or other players and test your skills for the new Aim Assist settings.


In addition, the latest Fortnite patch v10.40 update also brings a lot of bug fixes to the game including fixes to Audio, UI, Gameplay and a number of Mobile-specific fixes. On mobile, the latest Fortnite patch update also adds a 2x multiplier for the Edit/Building sensitivity settings. It also makes the Toggle Targeting set to on by default.
