The second beta of the iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 drops just one week after the first beta and two weeks after the release of iOS 13.2. A public beta is now also available for users as well.

As the biggest highlight, the latest iOS and iPadOS 13.3 second beta adds support for NFC, USB and Lightning FIDO2-compliant security keys in Safari which is based on the WebAuthn standard. The beta also tweaks Apple Watch app icon by changing the color of the Digital Crown from black to grey.

Users can download the iOS 13.3, iPadOS 13.3, tvOS 13.3 and watchOS 6.1.1 through the Apple Developer Center or over the air (OTA) if they have already enrolled their devices for the beta program.

For new features and fixes, the iOS 13.3 second beta also brings a new feature called Communication Limits for Screen Time.

The new features can be accessed by heading under Screen Time in the settings tab and it allows parents to control how their children can communicate with and who can communicate with them throughout the day and during downtime. This also brings a fix to a multitasking issue from the iOS 13.2.

The new iOS 13.3 Public Beta 2 also brings a new change to the Memojis. If you don’t like seeing the Memoji keyboard next to your emoji keyboard then you can turn it off in Settings > General > Keyboard.
