Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has announced that Honor 9X Pro will launch in India on May 12. Notably, the Honor 9X Pro has been confirmed to come with HiSilicon Kirin 810 SoC, a notch-less display, and a pop-up selfie camera. The phone will also come pre-installed with the Huawei’s own AppGallary from where you can download free apps for your phone. Please note that due to Huawei’s ongoing ban in the US, the phone doesn’t include Google Mobile Services and Play Store.

Notably, the Honor 9X Pro in India is expected to be available via Flipkart priced at around Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000. To recall, the global variant of the Honor 9X Pro was launched back in February this year. The phone was priced at around EUR 249 (roughly Rs. 20,300) at launch.


Honor 9X Pro Specifications

Honor 9X Pro runs on Android 9-based EMUI 9.1 and features a 6.59-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) notch-less display. The phone is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 810 SoC, coupled with 6GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. You can also expand the storage using a microSD card, up to 512GB.

The phone features a triple rear camera with a 48-megapixel main shooter, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Upfront, there is a 16-megapixel pop-up selfie camera.

Honor 9X Pro packs a 4,000mAh battery and features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well. Connectivity options include USB Type-C Port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and more.
