Microsft has released the latest Windows 10 update for May 2020 which you can now download and install now on your PC. To get started, simply follow this post to the end and you will end up updating your PC to the latest version of Windows May update.
How to Download and Install Latest Windows 10 May 2020 Update
Please note, to ensure a smooth rollout of the latest Windows 10 update. Microsoft is initially releasing Windows 10 May 2020 update in a phased manner for users who are currently running Windows 10 versions 1903 and 1909 on their PC.
To check whether you are ruining Windows 10 with version number 1903 and 1909. Simply head to the Settings by clicking on the Window button on your left below the corner of the screen. Now, go to Update & Security and see if there is any update available for 1903 and 1909 versions, (See on the Image Below).
As you can see above, a new update is available on our PC for Windows 10, version 1909.
Now, if you are ready then simply follow the steps below to download the May 2020 Windows 10 update
- Go to Settings – By clicking on Start Windows button
- Head to Update & Security
- Windows Update
- Now select Check for updates.
- Once the update appears, select Download and install
Important Note: You may not see Download and install on your device as we are slowly throttling up this availability over the coming weeks, or your device might have a compatibility issue for which a safeguard hold is in place until we are confident that you will have a good update experience.) That’s it, Microsoft says that after the download is complete and the update is ready to install, you will receive a notification letting you pick the right time to finish the installation by rebooting your PC.
