A new OnePlus device running on Android 11 has just popped up on the benchmarking site Geekbench. The new OnePlus device is expected to be the OnePlus 8T and it appears with model number KB2001 and runs Android 11.
The Geekbench listing also reveals the alleged OnePlus 8T to be powered by a Qualcomm chipset bearing the codename “kona”. This is expected to be an internal name for the Snapdragon 865. The listing further reveals the upcoming OnePlus phone to come with 8GB of RAM.
Notably, OnePlus Hasan’t revealed anything official yet but rumors suggest that the upcoming device (the OnePlus 8T) could come with 65W fast charging and an upgraded 64MP camera setup over OnePlus 8 Pro’s 48MP camera.
As of now, nothing has come out officially, rumor suggests that OePlus could launch its new device some in October or November after this year.
To recall, OnePlus last week launched its most affordable but yet powerful OnePlus Nord smartphone in India. OnePlus Nord launched in India at a great price of Rs. 24,999.
OnePlus Nord features a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate at 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone runs on Android 10-based OxygenOS 10.5 out of the box and comes in three didn’t RAM, storage, and color variants.
The display of the phone is also protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and it supports features including Night Mode, Reading Mode, and Video Enhancer. OnePlus Nord is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G ready SoC, paired with Adreno 620 GPU and up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM. The phone packs a 4,115mAh battery that also supports Warp Charge 30T fast charging.
