Mass Effect: Legendary Edition Gets Rated In Korea, Release Date Announcement Coming Soon?

The official announcement of the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition may be approaching rapidly. At least a current age rating in South Korea suggests this.

In the past few months there has been a persistent rumor that Electronic Arts is working on a remastered collection of the original Mass Effect trilogy.

According to current reports, this will be sent under the name of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition into the race. A current age rating in which the remastered collection is listed ensures fresh speculation in this direction. Due to the age rating in South Korea, it is assumed that the official disclosure is actually only a matter of time.

So far, however, neither Electronic Arts nor the BioWare developers responsible for Mass Effect have wanted to comment on this topic. However, fresh speculation around the release period of the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition has been ensured in the past few weeks. First, various retailers discussed a disclosure and release in October.

At the end of last month, GamesBeat editor and reliable source industry insider Jeff Grubb spoke up, pointing out that the remastered collection had apparently been delayed until next year – with the aim of making the first part of the series to polish up properly.
