Biomutant Minimum and Recommended PC System Requirements Revealed

Experiment 101 has revealed the minimum and the recommended PC system requirements for its upcoming open-world, post-apocalyptic kung-fu fable Biomutant game. According to the revealed PC system requirements, players will need at least an AMD FX-8350 or Intel Core i5-4690K with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon R9 380 to play the Biomutant.

However, if you want to play the game with optimal settings then Experiment 101 recommends using an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7-6700K with 16GB of RAM. The dev also recommends using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti or AMD Radeon RX 590. Further, the game will require 25GB of free hard-disk space and will be using the DX11 API.

The game is already up for pre-order through the official website as well other respective online retail websites including Amazon $59.99. Biomutant will release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on May 25th, 2021.

  • OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64 bit)
  • Processor: AMD FX-8350 or Intel Core i5-4690K or newer running at 3.5 GHz or higher
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 4 GB Direct3D 11 capable video card – GeForce GTX 960 or Radeon R9 380
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 25 GB available space
  • Sound Card: Integrated or dedicated DirectX 9 compatible soundcard

Additional Notes: Keyboard, mouse and an internet connection for Steam.

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 (64bit)
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7-6700K or newer running at 3.2 GHz or higher
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 6 GB Direct3D 11 capable video card – GeForce GTX 1660Ti or Radeon RX 590
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 25 GB available space
  • Sound Card: Integrated or dedicated DirectX 9 compatible soundcard
  • Additional Notes: Keyboard, mouse and an internet connection for Steam
