Open the Facebook website on your Windows 10 PC or Mac and log in with your account. To do this, open the Facebook website and sign in to your account.
Now, click on the account settings and then click again on the Settings and Privacy and then Settings.
Now, on the settings tab, scroll down to the left and click on the Notifications, this will open the Notifications settings tab.
Select “People You May Know” in the “Notifications Settings” menu.
If you want to turn off specific friend suggestions, you also can turn off friend suggestions based on push, email, and SMS notifications. For example, if you only want to receive in-app friend suggestions but don’t want them in your email or via SMS. Then you can only turn the Email or SMS notification option off.
To turn off all friend suggestions simply, toggle the ”Allow Notification on Facebook” button off. Doing this will turn off or disable all friend suggestions on your Facebook account.
