The First iOS 16 Public Beta Release Date is coming soon. The new operating system is scheduled to drop alongside the newest iPhone 14 series later this year. Apple typically releases developer betas ahead of the public beta release. While the public beta program will not release until July, the company has been experiencing problems with the new OS.
While iOS 16 is not focused on health, it does come with a new watchOS system and Apple Watch features. The Apple Watch Series 8 will support new health features. But that’s not all. The new operating system will support all of the new Apple Watch features, including fitness tracking. It was originally expected that iOS 15 would have a new food-tracking feature. However, Apple failed to deliver on this promise.
While iOS 15.5.1 was released on Monday, iOS 16 is expected to hit the market in late October. Apple usually releases major updates to its software at its Worldwide Developers Conference and it is expected to release the iOS 16 at the WWDC event next month on June 6.
The first iOS 16 developer betas should debut after that date. The public beta, however, might be a bit behind schedule. While the release date is still uncertain, we will keep checking back for updates.
The iOS beta program is open to anyone with a valid Apple ID. In addition to new features, the software may also come with new apps. Users should note that iOS 16 will have updated system requirements. The iPhone 6s Plus will likely be removed from the list of supported devices.
The new OS will require a new iPhone 7 or newer. If you want to be one of the first to try iOS 16 beta releases, then you can sign up for the Apple Beta Software Program.
