OPPO will be releasing an update to its mobile operating system called ColorOS 13 on August 18. This new version of Android will be compatible with the company’s Find X5 Pro and Find N foldable devices. The new version will have new features, integrate Android’s latest updates, and provide seamless connectivity between multiple devices. Users should also expect faster file transfers between phones. ColorOS 13 Release Date and Timing
New features of ColorOS 13 include a world clock on the main screen that will display clock information in different time zones. It also supports the intelligent blocking of malicious advertisements and pop-up windows. It has also enhanced private safes, adopting the advanced AES full file encryption scheme.
Users can also enjoy 5G dual-card dual-standby features on the new ColorOS. The new ColorOS also features an updated version of LinkBoost, which intelligently recognizes different network quality levels and optimizes download speed. The improved efficiency of the operating system will also be a major highlight of ColorOS 13.
ColorOS 13 will be based on Android 13. The latest version of the operating system was released as a beta last month and will be available in the market next month.
Other features of Android 13 include per-app language support, new Material You themes, enhanced privacy and security features, and improved Always-on-Display. Similar to OxygenOS 13, ColorOS 13 will be available on Oppo handsets.
