Sig in to your Dropbox account then copy the file you want to share with public into the Public folder. Then right click on the file and click Copy public link. A new window will pop-up with a link, copy the link and paste it in an email, instant message, social networks, wherever you want you can share it..
Note: Don’t move or remove the shared file from Public folder otherwise the file will not be available for public to share.
